 Réseau des Femmes du Secteur Minier de la Cote d Ivoire (FEMICI)
Created in 2015, the Network of Women in the Mining Sector in Côte d'Ivoire, FEMICI, is an apolitical, non-governmental, non-denominational and non-profit association. FEMICI’s mission is to:

(1) Promote equal opportunities and inclusion in the mining sector of Côte d’Ivoire;
(2) Create a framework of expression for women in the Mining Sector in Ivory Coast;
(3) Promote the presence and skills of women in the mining sector;
(4) Raise awareness among the competent authorities in the development of policies with a view to promoting the integration of women into professions and opportunities in the mining sector.

FEMICI was founded and is currently directed by Madame Christine LOGBO-KOSSI.
