CENTRAL AFRICAN ASSOCIATION AND LEADERSHIP OF WOMEN IN MINING (AFESMICA) Â is the Association of Women in the Mining Sector of the Central African Republic. The Association works to strengthen the mining sector and the role of women in the country.
By developing the country and its wealth, AFESMICA brings together the strengths of competent and dynamic women to develop the mining sector as well as the country of the Central African Republic as a whole, with the aim of fostering the next generation in responsible entrepreneurship and prosperous business.
